About Milestones Physiotherapy Redlands.

Charlotte Whitham, Physiotherapist (B.Phty, Hons).

Charlotte developed Milestones Physiotherapy Redlands in 2024, with a passion to support every family to maximise their child's gross and fine motor development. Charlotte graduated from Central Queensland University in 2019, with a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours).


Charlotte has a special interest in paediatric physiotherapy and participates in continuous professional development courses to advance her knowledge and clinical skills in all areas of paediatric physiotherapy practice. Charlotte is confident and experienced in working with children of all backgrounds and diagnoses, including (but not limited to) Plagiocephaly, Torticollis, Global Developmental Delay, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Down syndrome, Prader-Willi syndrome, Cerebral Palsy, and Cystic Fibrosis.


Charlotte is also passionate about facilitating maximal opportunities for gross and fine motor skill development daily, for typically developing children.


Charlotte's personal experience in competitive sport and injury management, and understanding of movement biomechanics, allows Charlotte to support young athletes prevent and manage musculoskeletal injuries to return to play.
